EDX WIRELESS TEAMS WITH DOCEOTECH FOR WIMAX TRAINING

Eugene, Oregon, January 17, 2006 - EDX Wireless LLC has authorized DoceoTech, Inc. to incorporate EDX® SignalPro® radio network planning and design software into its WiMAX training program.

Under the terms of the agreement, DoceoTech will use EDX® SignalPro® products in its WiMAX Network DesignerTM professional certification training program. In addition, EDX is a reseller of DoceoTech training courses.

“Our WiMAX customers need the ability to climb the technology learning curve rapidly. The newly forged relationship between EDX and DoceoTech will offer them an opportunity to learn the technology with the tool they use daily,” said Paul Rathgeb, CEO of EDX Wireless.

“Our students want to expand their design skills, and demonstrate their design expertise to their customers, through the WiMAX Network Designer certification program,” added John Swart, President of DoceoTech. “The practical experience they gain in class from using the EDX® SignalPro® software is a key element of their design training.”

The companies have agreed to cross-train members of their staff to ensure an effective program for their respective customers.
